Standards

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines are developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) and define requirements for making web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

Measures We've Taken

• Semantic HTML structure with proper heading hierarchy across all pages
• Sufficient color contrast between text and background elements
• Alt text for meaningful images
• Keyboard-navigable interface and interactive elements
• Responsive design that works across screen sizes and devices
• Clear, readable typography with adequate text sizing
• An accessibility widget (visible in the bottom-right corner of every page) that provides additional controls for text size, contrast, cursor size, and other display preferences

Known Limitations

While we work to maintain full accessibility, some areas may have limitations:

• Third-party embedded content (such as Stripe payment forms and Google Maps) is governed by those providers' accessibility practices
• Some infographic images contain complex visual information that may not be fully conveyed through alt text alone — we aim to provide equivalent text content nearby
• PDF documents linked from this site may not be fully accessible — we are working to provide accessible alternatives
